These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SolWander.com, your SolWander account, and the travel booking, payment, rewards, support, and related services provided through SolWander.
By accessing SolWander, creating an account, searching for travel, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any additional terms displayed in connection with a particular booking, promotion, payment method, or service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use SolWander or complete a booking through our platform.
References to "SolWander," "we," "us," or "our" mean Nexus Labs LLC, the entity responsible for operating SolWander.com.
SolWander is an online travel platform that allows users to search, compare, and book travel products including hotels and flights. SolWander may also offer rewards, travel credits, promotions, cryptocurrency payment options, and other travel related services.
Travel products displayed through SolWander are generally provided by independent hotels, airlines, travel suppliers, reservation providers, and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, SolWander acts as a travel booking platform and intermediary and does not itself operate hotels, airlines, aircraft, or other travel services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a booking through SolWander.
If you make a booking for another traveler, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that person's information and make the reservation on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers included in a booking understand and comply with the terms applicable to their reservation.
Certain SolWander services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining your account.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You should notify SolWander promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
SolWander may temporarily restrict, suspend, or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspicious activity, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or protect the integrity of the platform.
SolWander displays hotel and flight information based on information received from travel suppliers and technology partners.
Travel prices, room availability, flight availability, schedules, amenities, baggage rules, cancellation terms, and other information can change at any time.
A search result is not a guarantee that a hotel room, flight, fare, or other travel product will remain available.
Availability and pricing may need to be confirmed again before a booking is completed.
When you select a hotel or flight and submit a booking request, you authorize SolWander and its travel providers to process the reservation using the information you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing the destination, travel dates, guest information, passenger names, flight itinerary, hotel, room type, price, cancellation policy, and any other booking information before submitting payment.
Passenger names for flights must match the identification or travel documents that will be used during travel.
SolWander is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by you, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Submitting payment does not by itself guarantee that a hotel or flight reservation has been successfully completed.
A booking is considered confirmed when the reservation has been successfully processed and a final booking confirmation is issued.
If payment is received but the selected travel product becomes unavailable before confirmation, SolWander will take appropriate steps to reverse, refund, release, or otherwise resolve the payment according to the payment method used, supplier rules, and applicable law.
You should review your confirmation immediately and contact SolWander if you believe any information is incorrect.
Hotel bookings are subject to the individual property's rules and the conditions associated with the room rate selected.
These conditions may include cancellation deadlines, nonrefundable rates, check in requirements, occupancy limits, age restrictions, security deposits, resort charges, local taxes, and other property policies.
Certain charges may be payable directly to the hotel rather than through SolWander.
You are responsible for reviewing the conditions associated with your selected hotel and room before completing the reservation.
Flight bookings are subject to the airline's fare rules, conditions of carriage, baggage policies, schedule, ticket restrictions, cancellation rules, and other applicable airline terms.
Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, terminals, routes, seat assignments, or operating carriers after a booking has been completed.
SolWander does not control airline operations.
Where applicable, passenger rights provided by law remain available regardless of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers included in your booking possess the documents necessary for travel.
These may include passports, visas, transit visas, identification documents, health documentation, entry authorizations, return or onward travel documentation, and other requirements imposed by governments, airlines, hotels, or other authorities.
Entry and transit requirements can change.
Information provided by SolWander concerning visas, passports, health requirements, or entry rules is for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
You should verify official requirements with the appropriate government authorities before traveling.
You may be able to request specific hotel rooms, accessibility accommodations, bedding, seating, meals, or other special arrangements.
SolWander may forward available requests to the relevant travel provider, but special requests are generally subject to supplier availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Travel prices may change until your booking is successfully confirmed.
The price presented during checkout will include amounts required to be displayed under applicable law. Certain government charges or amounts payable directly to a hotel, airline, or other provider may be displayed separately where permitted.
Before completing a booking, you will have an opportunity to review the price and applicable charges.
SolWander does not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after you authorize a purchase.
Although SolWander works to provide accurate travel information, pricing errors, technical errors, incorrect descriptions, or supplier data errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing or availability error is discovered before the booking is confirmed, SolWander may correct the information and allow you to continue at the corrected price or cancel the attempted booking.
If an error is discovered after confirmation, SolWander will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
SolWander may display prices in multiple currencies for convenience.
Currency conversion amounts may be based on exchange rate information available when the price is displayed and may differ from the rate ultimately applied by your bank, card issuer, cryptocurrency provider, or other payment provider.
Your financial institution or payment provider may impose additional currency conversion or transaction charges.
SolWander may accept credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, SolWander credit, and other supported payment methods.
Available payment methods can vary depending on the booking, country, device, currency, payment provider, or other factors.
By submitting payment information, you authorize SolWander and the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout.
SolWander may decline or cancel a payment where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions requirements, legal obligations, provider restrictions, or security concerns.
SolWander may allow eligible hotel and flight bookings to be paid using supported cryptocurrencies.
Available cryptocurrencies and blockchain networks will be displayed during checkout and may change over time.
You are responsible for confirming the correct cryptocurrency, blockchain network, payment amount, and other transaction information before approving a payment.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Cryptocurrency sent using an unsupported blockchain, incorrect address, incorrect asset, or otherwise inconsistent with the payment instructions may be difficult or impossible to recover.
SolWander does not request your private keys or wallet recovery phrase.
The market value of cryptocurrency can change significantly.
When cryptocurrency is used to purchase travel, the value of any later refund does not necessarily correspond to the quantity of cryptocurrency originally used.
Refund calculations may instead be based on the applicable monetary value of the eligible refund.
SolWander does not provide cryptocurrency investment, brokerage, exchange, or investment advisory services merely because cryptocurrency can be used as a payment method.
Cryptocurrency transactions depend on independent blockchain networks and third party payment infrastructure.
Transaction confirmation times, network fees, wallet availability, blockchain congestion, interruptions, and other technical conditions may be outside SolWander's control.
SolWander is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent blockchain network failures, wallet errors, incorrect user instructions, or network fees, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
SolWander and its payment providers may perform fraud, security, identity, sanctions, transaction, or other compliance checks where reasonably necessary or required by applicable law.
We may request additional information before accepting a payment, confirming a booking, processing certain account activity, or issuing certain refunds.
SolWander may reject or restrict transactions where required by law, government sanctions, court orders, payment provider requirements, or reasonable fraud and security controls.
Hotel and flight cancellation rights depend primarily on the cancellation policy and fare rules associated with the booking.
Some bookings may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or nonrefundable.
Before completing a booking, you should review the applicable cancellation conditions.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the booking can be cancelled or that a refund will be available.
Once a cancellation has been successfully processed, it may not be reversible.
Requests to change hotel dates, flights, passenger information, rooms, or other booking details are subject to supplier rules and availability.
A change may result in additional charges, supplier fees, fare differences, or a new booking price.
Some bookings cannot be modified and may require cancellation and a new reservation.
SolWander will display or communicate applicable information when available before a requested change is completed.
Refund eligibility for hotel bookings depends on the cancellation terms attached to the room rate.
Where a refundable booking is cancelled within the permitted period, SolWander will process the eligible refund according to the applicable booking terms and payment method.
Nonrefundable hotel bookings generally do not qualify for voluntary refunds unless otherwise permitted by the hotel, SolWander, or applicable law.
Flight refund eligibility depends on airline fare rules and applicable consumer protection laws.
Some fares are refundable while others may be partially refundable or nonrefundable when the customer voluntarily cancels.
Separate rights may apply when an airline cancels a flight or makes a qualifying significant change.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates or reduces any refund right that you are entitled to receive under applicable aviation or consumer protection law.
Where United States law or another applicable law requires a refund because an airline cancelled a flight, significantly changed a flight, failed to provide a paid service, or for another legally protected reason, SolWander will process applicable refund obligations according to the law governing the transaction.
Where applicable law requires the refund to be returned using the original method of payment, SolWander will not require you to accept SolWander credit instead.
You may voluntarily accept travel credit or another lawful alternative when such an option is offered.
For eligible cryptocurrency bookings, SolWander may issue refunds as SolWander credit where permitted by law and the applicable booking terms.
The refunded value may be calculated using the monetary value of the approved refund rather than the number of cryptocurrency units originally paid.
Where applicable law requires a refund using the original form of payment or otherwise restricts the use of platform credit, SolWander will comply with that requirement.
The availability, method, and timing of a cryptocurrency refund may also depend on the applicable payment provider.
Refund processing times vary depending on the travel provider, payment method, card issuer, airline, hotel, bank, blockchain provider, or other parties involved.
SolWander will initiate approved refunds within the period required by applicable law.
The time required for funds to appear after processing may depend on third party financial institutions or payment providers.
Hotels and airlines may occasionally cancel or modify confirmed travel arrangements.
Examples include airline schedule changes, cancelled flights, hotel overbooking, property closures, maintenance issues, operational disruptions, and other supplier decisions.
SolWander will use reasonable efforts to provide information received from the supplier and assist with available options.
The underlying travel provider remains responsible for providing the hotel stay, flight, or other travel service, subject to applicable law.
SolWander may issue platform credit in connection with eligible refunds, customer service resolutions, promotions, rewards, or other programs.
SolWander credit may be used toward eligible bookings according to the conditions displayed in your account or associated with the credit.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, SolWander credit is not cash, is not cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or cryptocurrency wallet, and has no value outside the SolWander platform.
Expiration dates or other restrictions will be disclosed where applicable.
SolWander may offer rewards for eligible hotel bookings, flight bookings, promotions, partnerships, or other activities.
Eligibility, reward amounts, redemption values, expiration periods, qualifying transactions, and restrictions may vary.
SolWander may provide separate terms for particular reward programs or promotions. Where specific program terms conflict with this section, the specific program terms will govern that program.
Rewards may be reversed where the qualifying booking is cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible.
SolWander may offer coupons, promotional codes, discounts, referral benefits, or other incentives.
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, booking minimums, expiration dates, redemption limits, destination restrictions, supplier restrictions, or other conditions.
Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, transferred after redemption, or used through fraudulent or abusive activity.
SolWander may cancel improperly obtained promotional benefits or rewards.
If you believe a payment or booking is incorrect, we encourage you to contact SolWander support so that we can investigate the matter.
Submitting a fraudulent or knowingly false chargeback, payment dispute, or claim is prohibited.
SolWander may provide booking, payment, account, and communication records to banks, payment networks, payment providers, or other parties involved in resolving a legitimate payment dispute.
Hotels, airlines, and other travel providers are independent businesses.
Their services may be governed by additional supplier terms that apply separately from these Terms.
SolWander does not control the daily operations of hotels, airlines, airports, or other independent travel providers.
To the extent permitted by law, SolWander is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of those providers, including operational decisions, service quality, schedule changes, accommodation conditions, or other matters outside SolWander's reasonable control.
SolWander may provide information or access to travel insurance products offered by independent providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SolWander is not the insurer.
Any insurance coverage is governed by the terms, exclusions, limitations, and conditions issued by the insurance provider.
Travelers should determine whether travel insurance is appropriate for their trip.
Travel may involve risks outside SolWander's control, including weather, natural disasters, disease, strikes, political events, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, border closures, security events, and other disruptions.
You are responsible for evaluating travel advisories and determining whether you are comfortable traveling to your destination.
You may use SolWander only for lawful travel related purposes.
You may not use the platform to commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with security systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, transmit malicious software, violate another person's rights, make fraudulent bookings, misuse payment methods, circumvent geographic or security restrictions, manipulate rewards or promotions, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may not systematically scrape, harvest, copy, extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit SolWander's hotel pricing, flight pricing, availability data, content, or platform functionality without written authorization.
Robots, crawlers, scripts, automated booking systems, artificial intelligence agents, or other automated tools may not access or interact with SolWander in a manner that circumvents platform restrictions, creates unreasonable traffic, extracts travel inventory, performs unauthorized commercial activity, or interferes with SolWander's services.
SolWander may establish separate terms or technical access rules for approved partners or automated services.
SolWander and its licensors own or have rights to the software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, technology, and other original material provided through SolWander.
Travel supplier photographs, hotel information, airline information, trademarks, and other third party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Using SolWander does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may use SolWander for personal and legitimate business travel purposes but may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative uses of protected SolWander content or technology.
SolWander may integrate with or link to services operated by hotels, airlines, maps, payment providers, cryptocurrency companies, wallet providers, authentication providers, social networks, or other third parties.
Your use of a third party service may be governed by that company's own terms and privacy policies.
SolWander is not responsible for independent services operated by third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.
By making a booking or creating an account, you agree that SolWander may send communications necessary to operate your account and provide your travel services.
These communications may include booking confirmations, payment notifications, flight or hotel updates, security notices, cancellation information, refund information, and customer service messages.
Marketing communications are subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.
SolWander may restrict or suspend access to the platform where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security threats, abuse, violation of these Terms, payment disputes, unlawful activity, sanctions restrictions, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate, SolWander may cancel associated bookings or rewards subject to supplier terms and applicable law.
Termination of an account does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolWander provides its platform and services on an as available basis.
SolWander does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, continuous availability of a particular hotel or flight, or that information supplied by independent travel providers will always be complete or free from error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolWander will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from events outside SolWander's reasonable control.
Where SolWander is legally responsible for a claim arising from a particular booking, SolWander's aggregate liability relating to that booking will not exceed the amount paid through SolWander for the affected booking, except where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law requires to remain unrestricted.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold SolWander and its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives harmless from third party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of SolWander, your material violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity conducted through your account, or inaccurate information knowingly provided by you.
This provision does not require you to indemnify SolWander for claims caused by SolWander's own unlawful conduct.
SolWander will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, internet failures, major cybersecurity incidents, blockchain outages, transportation disruptions, airline disruptions, supplier failures, or similar events outside SolWander's reasonable control.
This provision does not eliminate refund rights or other protections that applicable law requires.
Personal information collected through SolWander is handled according to the SolWander Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the SolWander Cookie Policy.
By using SolWander, you acknowledge that you have access to these policies.
These Terms are not intended to eliminate or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, aviation, privacy, payment, or other law applicable to you, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.
These Terms and your use of SolWander are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a dispute in another jurisdiction or prevents the application of Texas law, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Before filing a legal claim against SolWander, you agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute directly with us by contacting SolWander support and providing sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal proceeding may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction under these Terms and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and SolWander agree that any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to SolWander, these Terms, your account, your booking, your payment, your use of the Services, or your relationship with SolWander must be brought and resolved solely on an individual basis.
You agree that you may bring claims against SolWander only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly waive any right to initiate, participate in, maintain, or obtain relief through a class action, class arbitration, collective action, consolidated action, representative action, or other proceeding in which claims belonging to more than one individual are combined.
SolWander likewise agrees that it will bring claims against you only in its individual capacity and not as a member or representative of a class or collective proceeding.
Unless SolWander and you expressly agree otherwise in writing, no court, arbitrator, or other decision maker may consolidate the claims of more than one person or otherwise preside over any form of class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding.
If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable with respect to a particular claim or remedy, that determination will apply only to the extent required by applicable law. The remaining portions of this section and these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and SolWander agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of SolWander, your account, any hotel or flight booking, any payment, refund, reward, promotion, or other interaction with SolWander will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than through litigation in court.
Before beginning arbitration, the party bringing the dispute must first provide the other party with written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and allow a reasonable opportunity for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules of the arbitration provider identified by SolWander in these Terms or otherwise agreed by the parties. Any arbitration award may be entered and enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court where permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims belonging to multiple individuals or conduct any class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative proceeding.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and SolWander knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute that is subject to arbitration under these Terms.
For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration and is permitted to proceed in court, any jury trial rights that cannot legally be waived will remain available.
SolWander may update these Terms as its services, products, technology, suppliers, payment methods, or legal obligations change.
The Last Updated date will identify the most recent version.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by law and will not retroactively remove rights that already arose under a completed booking.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SolWander's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or another provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, booking conditions, applicable promotion terms, rewards terms, and any additional terms presented during the booking process, constitute the agreement governing your use of SolWander and the applicable services.
